While the Kobanê resistance enters its 69th day, the vigil and the support actions at the border continue as well.

This morning hundreds of people in the border villages of Mehser and Miseynter formed a human chain, chanting slogans in support of the resistance in Kobanê.

The human chain has now turned into a tradition held each morning at 10:30 in the Mehser and Miseyner villages at the border line in the Suruç district of Urfa province. This morning hundreds of people formed a chain hand in hand and chanted slogans, while turning their faces towards Kobanê. Among the slogans repeatedly chanted at the solidarityaction  were “Bijî Berxwedana Kobanê (Long Live the Resistance of Kobanê)”, “Bijî Berxwedana YPG/YPJ (Long Live the Resistance of YPG/YPJ)” and  “Kobanê DAIŞ’e mezar olacak  (Kobanê will be a grave to ISIS).”
