The report on the Roboski massacre will be voted by the Parliamentary Human Rights Examining Commission today. The families of the 34 civilians who were killed by warplanes on 28 December 2011, set off for Ankara. The families will hold a sit-in and ask the deputies to put a hand in their heart and vote with "conscience".
The Uludere Parliamentary Subcommission had said in its draft report that the bombing was not "deliberately targeting civilians" but that the massacre was the result of "bad communication between the military and the intelligence officers on the ground".
