SDF fighters have rescued civilians that remained stranded in al-Diriyah neighbourhood of Raqqa for the last one month.

While transferring the civilians to safe areas out of the battle zone, SDF fighters provided special help to the mothers and carried their children to the vehicles.

An old mother among the rescued civilians hugged SDF fighters as she expressed her happiness for finally getting freed from ISIS. Many other women couldn’t help weeping for joy as SDF fighters reached and rescued them from the clutches of ISIS gangs.
