Fourth phase of the Operation Wrath of Euphrates relaunched by YPG-led Syrian Democratic Forces three days ago continues at full forces.

The villages of al-Rafiha and al-Ansar north of Raqqa witnessed heavy clashes between SDF fighters and ISIS gangs last night. While the al-Rafiha village was liberated, fighting continues around the al-Ansar village.

On the other hand, SDF fighters cleared a military training center following clashes around the Xirbet-Xan village. The number of ISIS members killed here is not clarified yet.

During the past three days, SDF forces have cleared an 169 km2 land that encompasses 6 villages, 4 hamlets and a military camp north of Raqqa in the fourth phase of the Operation Wrath of Euphrates.
