SDF releases five prisoners in Tabqa

SDF has released five prisoners who had joined ISIS gangs but were determined not to have engaged in bloody crimes.

Five prisoners jailed by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in Tabqa have been released after completing a training program.

One of the released prisoners, Mihemed Ehmed El Ali, called attention to SDF’s positive approach and said: “While the region was under ISIS occupation, the gangs were constantly putting pressure on the tribal opinion leaders to make them join their ranks. Life has revived in the region after liberation by the SDF.”

Another prisoner Ehmed Feysel Ali said that they surrendered to SDF after they got to know them.
