Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) released a statement reporting that ISIS gangs massacred civilians that refused to be their human shields in the village of Menzil 25 km north of Raqqa on April 5. SDF said seven civilians lost their lives in this massacre.

The statement by SDF continued; “The ISIS gangs have today attacked the tents where refugees are staying in Safsafa village. The attack with mortars left dozens of civilians injured.”

SDF said these attacks reveal the extent of the weakness experienced by the ISIS gangs.

"We promise our people that we will continue to protect the lands of our country and our fight against terror. Terror will be brought to an end by the children of Syria", underlined the SDF.”
