The second round of voting for the first article of the Constitutional amendment proposal to lift parliamentary immunities for the deputies with dossiers has ended.

562 MPs attended the vote, of which 4 MPs abstained from the vote, 11 voted blank and 1 vote was invalid.

HDP Group Deputy Chair İdris Baluken stated that the voting was not carried out secretly as was supposed to, and the President of the Assembly didn't fulfill his duty to prevent it. The President, on the other hand, claimed that the voting took place in order and in line with the law.
