Seven people were taken into custody in Batman as a result of an operation by Anti-Terror Branch of Batman Police Headquarters on Wednesday.

The operation was carried out against a group of people who are claimed to be playing an active role in the Batman organization of Democratic Patriotic Youth’s Assembly (DGYM).

The statement by Batman Police Headquarters said that some further people are sought by police in the scope of the same operation.
