Müslimiye prison in Aleppo was targeted by heavy shelling during clashes between Free Syrian Army (FSA) and Syrian military on Saturday.
At least fifty inmates in the prison were killed in the shelling, according to the families of prisoners who are worried about a mass genocide inside the prison.
Ten out of fifty inmates killed are reported to be Kurdish, among them being Hesen Beşar and Lewend Heci.
As clashes around the prison are continuing, families of prisoners urged international human rights organizations to act for the ending of clashes around the prison.
