It came out that soldiers of the AKP regime carried out house raids in several villages in Karakoçan district of Elazığ on July 6. Detailed searches were conducted during the raids and six people were taken into custody.

Detainees include DBP (Democratic Regions’ Party) Elazığ Provincial General Council member Abdulkadir Gül.

The detainees are currently held at the provincial gendarmerie command and they are expected to be referred to court on Monday.
