Three minors in Istanbul's Küçükçekmece district and three other people from Şırnak's İdil district have been taken into custody on Friday.

The three minors, two at the age of 15 and one other 17, were detained as a result of house raids police has carried out in the neighborhood of Kanarya early Friday morning.

Computers, CDs and books in the raided houses have been seized by police forces who also read the names of 6-7 other people on a list they had in hand and asked families if they knew those people.

The detained minors have been taken to the juvenile police department in the neighborhood of İnönü. Families are waiting in front of the police department. The number of detentions is expected to increase.

Three other people, Abdulaziz Oğuz, Ramazan Demir and Abdurrahim Örek, were taken into custody early Friday as a result of simultaneous raids carried out by special operation teams in the neighborhood of Yeni in Şırnak's idil district.

The detainees were taken to İdil Police Headquarters.
