Soldiers battered prisoners brought to hospital in Amed

Six prisoners who were on hunger strike and ended their action today have been battered by soldiers in hospital.

Six prisoners jailed in Diyarbakır D Type Closed Prison have been brought to the Gazi Yaşargil Training and Research Hospital after ending their hunger strike actions upon Abdullah Öcalan's call.

Turkish soldiers battered the prisoners on the grounds that they chanted slogans while entering the hospital.

When witnesses wanted to record the attack on camera, soldiers rushed the hunger strikers in handcuffs into the hospital.
