The activists said in a statement "Everyone who comes to the city visits the Tower of Asinelli and the surrounding places. For this reason, we held our action there. We hope this action can draw attention to what is happening in Syria and in Rojava and give morale to comrades who are fighting with great courage the enemies and their crimes."
