An all-day protest was held in front of the United Kingdom Parliament in order to draw attention to the ongoing hunger strike resistance demanding the end of isolation against Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan.

Actions to draw attention to the hunger strike resistance continued. This time it was the turn of an action organized by the Kurdish People's Assembly and the Migrant Workers Association, that call for sensitivity towards the fast. 

Activists set up a stand and were giving out information in English to people. 

The activists were able to reach a high number of people as for the past 5 days climate change protesters have been occupying Parliament Square. 

All roads are closed to traffic for 5 days at the roundabout of Parliament Square, considered to be the lifeblood of London. 

Two days ago Kurdish friends and representatives of the left, socialist and women's organizations made speeches from the People's stage set up in Parliament Square. Solidarity with the hunger strikers was expressed and activists urged the UK government to put pressure on Turkey.

Signatures were also collected at the stand to support the hunger strikers.
