Sound bomb actions in Van

In Van, a group called ‘Martyr Zamani and Martyr Seve Revenge Units’ said that they carried out at least four sound bombings in April.

The ‘Martyr Zamani and Martyr Seve Revenge Units’ announced the balance sheet of their actions carried out in Van province between 21 and 26 April.

On 21 April, the group stated that they had thrown sound bombs into the house of a person named M.T. stating that he was a AKP collaborator.

The statement said: “In the night of 23 April, a sound bomb was thrown against an occupying police vehicles with unknown results.”

The other two actions were listed as follows: “On the evening of 24 April, two sound bombs were thrown on the street where the occupying Turkish state guards were in the Bostaniçi neighborhood of İpekyolu.

In the evening of 26 April, sound bombs were thrown in Martyr Fırat neighborhood targeting occupying Turkish forces. The enemy suffered a number of wounded officers.”
