Summary of proceedings have been opened against HDP co-chairn Pervin Buldan and MP Feleknas Uca.

Summary of proceedings against HDP deputies continue to be issued. 

This time the target of the summary of proceedings was last year Declaration on the Solution to the Kurdish Question, published before the 24 June general elections. 

On 23 May 2018, HDP co-chair Pervin Buldan read the declaration in Turkish in Amed, while HDP Batman MP Feleknas Uca read it in Kurdish and are now faced with "praising crimes and criminals."

The summary of proceedings was prepared by Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office and sent to the Assembly. “Buldan and Uca participated in the reading of the mentioned declaration where the leader of the PKK Abdullah Ocalan was mentioned and his actions were described.”

The Attorney General's Office requested the lifting of immunity of the two deputies under Article 83 of the Constitution.
