Thousands of people are preparing to secure the border with Kobanê to prevent Turkish state support for ISIS gangs.
At 4 pm today thousands of people will march from the town of Suruç to the border.
While YPG/YPJ forces are continuing to resist ISIS gang attacks on the Kobanê Canton, there is intense activity going on in North Kurdistan.
Following calls for mobilisation by the KCK Executive Council, PKK Executive Committee member Murat Karayılan and the Kurdistan People's Initiative preparations have begun in many towns and districts in North Kurdistan to go to the Kobanê border.
DBP Suruç district co-chair İsmail Kaplan told Sterk TV that they would march to the border today at 4 pm.
Kaplan drew attention to increasing attacks by ISIS and to the Turkish state providing arms and munitions to the gangs by train, adding: "We will definitely prevent support for the gangs at the border. We will set up tents and mount a vigil. We will secure the border and stop gang members crossing and the provision of support."
Kaplan said the inhuman ISIS gangs were aiming to carry out a massacre in Kobanê with their latest assaults, adding: "the people of Rojava are not alone. I call on all those who consider themselves to be patriotic, revolutionary, democratic or just a human being, to immediately join our action."
