SDF fighters continue securing the lives of civilians they rescue from ISIS occupation in their ongoing operation to liberate Tabqa town of Raqqa.
ISIS is nearing the end in Raqqa's Tabqa town which has been liberated largely by YPG-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in the fourth phase of the Operation Wrath of Euphrates to liberate northern Raqqa territory.
Paying utmost attention to the safety of civilians in their offensives against ISIS gangs, SDF fighters have rescued 5 thousand civilians from ISIS occupation and transferred them to safe areas under their control.
Majority of the rescued civilians are women and children who are enabled access to SDF-held areas, some with their cars and motorbikes, and some others going on foot with their bundles of vital needs they managed to take with them.
Meanwhile, the urban battle in the town continues as SDF fighters have liberated a larger part of the town and state that the town will be liberated entirely in a few days.
