Three people detained in Amed
The Turkish regime continues its political genocide operations across the Kurdish region and all around the country.
Police forces carried out house raids in Kayapınar district of Amed (Diyarbakır) late last night.
Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Kayapınar district branch co-chair Kadri Akkaya and two other people, Şenol Fidan and Gamze Gulan, were taken into custody in the operation.
While the reason for the detentions was not disclosed, the detainees have been taken to the provincial police department.
