In a short statement about the visit he paid to Kurdish leader Öcalan in Imralý prison on Thursday, Democratic Society Congress (DTK) co-chair and independent deputy Ahmet Türk said on Friday that they are not thinking about making a detailed statement on the visit given the current situation.

“We are all well aware of the fact - said Türk - that there is a wound bleeding for years and we all bear responsibility to heal this wound and to end this bleeding. We expect everyone to make an effort and play their part in contributing to a solution. This is all I can say for now”.
