Turkish attacks protested in Berlin

DEST-DAN Women's Assembly, PYD Berlin and Ciwanên Azad joined the rally organized by Berlin Free Kurdistan Community to protest Turkish invasion of South Kurdistan.

The rally was organised next to the Alexsanderplatz TV tower where people chanted slogans against the massacre order by Erdogan.

After the minute silence to pay tribute to the martyrs of freedom, speeches were delivered in both Turkish and German. The speeches condemned the occupation and massacres carried out by the Turkish state.

Speakers called on people to protest and on Kurds to work for unity.

The PYD Berlin representative Bave Kawa said: “The Turkish state has been carrying out genocide and barbaric massacres against the Kurdish people for years. This is also because of the lack of unity of the Kurds. Our people in Kurdistan and in Europe will give the necessary response to this occupation and betrayal."
