AKP-MHP regime continues their invasion practices in Kurdistan.

Mukhtars in Batman’s Cay, Korik and Baglar neighborhoods and the Kosetarla village were removed from office with lawsuits and investigations against them used as an excuse. The Batman Governorate appointed trustees to replace them.

The Cay neighborhood mukhtar’s mandate was also voided by the Supreme Board of Elections due to an approved prison sentence.
