Twenty five people, including members of ESP, Halkevleri, BDSP and Odak magazine, had been taken into custody as a result of simultaneous house raids on 18 June on the grounds that they joined Gezi Park protests. The interrogation of the detainees lasted till late Wednesday night.

The Courthouse of Ankara ruled the arrest of twenty two among them and release for the other three on conditions of judicial control.
