Sıdıka Akkum and Hüseyin Olgaç were detained during a military operation carried out in the rural area of Pirejman (Kurşunlu) village of Amed's Piran district on the night of 10 September.

Akkum and Olgaç were remanded in custody and sent to Diyarbakır D Type Prison.
