Turkish warplanes are reported to be flying over guerrilla controlled Media Defence Areas in South Kurdistan.

According to reports received, a number of Turkish warplanes have started to fly over the regions of Zap, Metina, Haftanin, Avaþin and Çemço since early Thursday morning. Local sources have also reported explosions in the mentioned regions which include a large number of villages inhabited by civilians.

Warplanes of the Turkish military have recently been flying over the mentioned areas.
