In Duisburg, the Labor and Freedom Alliance Duisburg Election Platform arranged dozens of buses, taxis and minibuses together with the Alevi institutions in the region to ensure maximum participation in the second round of the presidential election as polls open today.

The platform said: "We will complete the work we left unfinished in the first round and make the AKP-MHP fascist alliance lose". The committees formed to do propaganda work, visited homes, workplaces and coffee shops, and coordinated with the Duisburg Green Left Party Election Office to take voters to the polls.
