Leadership Mobile Library touring Swizterland
The "Leadership Mobile Library", the initiative organised to mark the anniversary of the International Conspiracy on 15 February 1999, aims at introducing the paradigm of Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan to the world. The Swiss leg of the initiative has reached the city of Zurich on Saturday.
"Leadership Mobile Library" kicked off in Lausanne and moved to the city of Zurich on Friday. Kurds welcomed the "Leadership Library" in Rathausbrücke.
The "Leadership Library" is part of the initiatives launched within the framework of the “End Isolation, Fascism, Occupation; Time to Ensure Freedom" and it takes around the work of Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan. During the library event, Kurds, especially women activists, inform the Swiss people about Öcalan, the conspiracy and they called on people to join the initiatives to end isolation.
70-year-old Ismihan Ok is one of the people who joined the campaign in order to be a voice for the resistance despite the -10-degree cold weather and the coronavirus restrictions.
Stating that the conspiracy against Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan was an attempt to break the will of the Kurdish people 22 years ago, Ismihan told ANF: “Today, the isolation torture, attacks on Kurdistan and massacres against the Kurdish people are all carried out to break our will. But no matter what the enemies do, they won’t be able to break the will of the Kurdish people. The forces behind the conspiracy will be defeated, the resistance of the Kurdish people will win."
