Advertisements continue to be posted in newspapers all over the world, demanding freedom for Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan.

An ad was placed in the National Post newspaper published Canada which has more than one and a half million readers.

The announcement was placed on the newspaper by the Canadian Democratic Kurdish Federation.

The full-page advertisement was published in paper on 13 February with the slogan "The Time Has Come. Freedom for Abdullah Öcalan" and will remain on the newspaper's website for a month.
