YJA Star guerrilla Amara Rojbin laid to rest in Van
YJA Star Amara Rojbin, who fell a martyr in the Turkish army's attack on Cûdî, was taken by her family and buried in Van.
The body of YJA Star Amara Rojbîn (Cemile Çetin), who fell a martyr as the result of a Turkish army's attack on Cûdî on 22 September 2022, was taken by her family on Monday night from Şirnak hospital morgue.
Amara Rojbîn's family applied to the Şirnak Chief Public Prosecutor's Office towards the end of 2021 claiming her body, which was eventually handed over to them after the DNA result matched the mother of the young woman.
Martyr Amara Rojbîn was buried in the Seyrantepe Cemetery in Van city centre.
