Young people marched in the suburbs of Villiers le Bel and Gringy in Paris, demanding freedom for Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan.

Under the leadership of Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger (TCŞ) members, a march with torches was carried out within the scope of the “Werin Cenga Azadiyê” operation in the suburbs of Villiers le Bel and Gringy in Paris, on Wednesday night.

Young people in the march often chanted slogans such as "Liberté Pour Öcalan", "Ciwan Fedaiyên Rêber Apo ne", "Bê Serok jiyan nabe", "Nous Sommes Tous PKK" (We are all PKK members) and "Bijî berxwedana gerila". The activists marched from the Villiers Le Bel train station to the Kurdish Community Center.

Young activists said in a statement: “The Leadership Day is the day of liberation. We should all be in the field. We will not leave the field until Leader Apo regains his physical freedom.”

Internationalist youth also supported the action organized in Greeny. Young people, carrying Abdullah Öcalan posters and banners reading "Freedom for Leader Öcalan", chanted "Bijî Serok Apo", "Bê Serok Jîyan Nabe" and "Liberte Pour Öcalan".
