Young people rallied in Sweden against isolation

Kurdish youth condemned the foreign powers that remained silent on the isolation of Öcalan.

The Movement of Revolutionary Youth (Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger) members organized a demonstration in Borlänge, Sweden.

The demo was to condemn the isolation against Abdullah Öcalan and to support hunger striker Leyla Güven as well as all prisoners and activists fasting in Turkey, Kurdistan and Europe.

Young people rallied in the city center, carrying banners demanding freedom for Öcalan and chanting slogans.

Fuat Pirsus, a member of Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger, stressed that Kurdish youths condemn the foreign powers that remained silent on isolation and added that Kurdish youth will continue to fight until Öcalan is freed.

Pirsus also called on all Kurdish youth living in Sweden to join the actions that will be promoted in Borlänge, Örebro, Västerås and Gävle on Saturday 19 January, within the framework of international actions planned for the 19 and 20 of January.
