YPG fighters ambushed ISIS gangs in Kobanê yesterday, killing 45 gang members and destroying 4 military vehicles.

It is reported that the YPG fighters ambushed the ISIS gangs in the village of Kunheftar to the south of Kobanê at around 16:00 yesterday. The ISIS gangs who were ambushed were effectively hit by the YPG fighters and 45 gang members were killed. Four vehicles of the ISIS gangs were also destroyed.

Fierce clashes between the YPG fighters and ISIS gangs which have been going on for 3 days in 3 areas of Kobanê are continuing.
