YPG forces carried out an operation against ISIS gangs in Kobanê last night, as a result of which 15 gang members were killed and many were wounded.

According to the ANHA News Agency the YPG conducted an operation against gangs to the south of Kobanê beginning at around 19.50, resulting in 15 gang members being killed.

The news agency said: "In clashes that lasted for hours, many gang members were also wounded,” adding that clashes between YPG forces and gangs on the southern and eastern fronts were continuing.
