The Turkish state and allied mercenary groups have suffered heavy losses since they launched a wave of attacks against Zirgan-Ebû Rasin sub-district of Serekaniye (Ras al-Ain) and Serêkaniyê-Til Temir area on Saturday noon.

With air support, the occupation forces have targeted the Bab El-Xêr and Ebû Diyab villages of Zirgan with artillery attacks since yesterday. During the continued battle in the area, at least 38 invaders were killed while three panzers and 11 military vehicles were destroyed.

As part of the agreement between North-East Syrian administration and Russia, Syrian troops have been dispatched to the region earlier today. These forces of the Syrian army came under Turkish attack with Strategic Unammed Aerial Vehicles (SIHA) today. The attack in the Bab El-Xêr area left at least 8 Syrian soldiers injured, including some critically wounded.

As the occupation forces continue their attacks with tanks, howitzers, heavy weapons and SIHA’s, fighters of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) are responding within the frame of legitimate defense.
