The Press Center of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) said in a statement that the Military Operation Forces (TOL) affiliated with the SDF carried out an operation against ISIS cells in the eastern countryside of Raqqa on Friday.

The statement said that in the operation carried out in the Kerama hamlet of Raqqa, 4 ISIS mercenaries who were involved in numerous terrorist attacks against military forces and the Democratic Autonomous Administration departments and institutions in the region were captured.

The statement underlined that the fight against ISIS would continue and added: "Our military and security operations will continue until we dry up the sources of terror."
