SOHR: Four Syrian soldiers, including two officers, were killed in “Putin-Erdogan” area

According to SOHR, four soldiers of the Syrian regime were killed and two others injured as a result of attacks by factions of “Al-Fath Al-Mubin” .

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported that four regime soldiers, including two officers, one of whom was a colonel, were killed during the past hours, by factions of “Al-Fath Al-Mubin” who targeted positions of the regime with mortars on the frontline of Tel Al-Malik in the northern countryside of Latakia.

According to the observatory, two regime soldiers were also injured by the snipers of “Al-Fath Al-Mubin” operations room, on the frontline of Al-Saraf in the northern countryside of Latakia, within the “Putin-Erdogan” area. The injured were taken to the military hospital for treatment.

Since early 2023, SOHR has documented 195 operations in the “de-escalation zone,” including attacks, gunfire by snipers and bombardment, which left 271 combatants and civilians dead. In addition, these operations left over 148 combatants and 64 civilians, including six women and 22 children, injured.
