Turkey uses the ceasefire to expand the invasion zone

Using the ceasefire to expand their invasion zone, Turkish forcer and mercenaries have launched an aggression on the southern countryside of Serekaniye.

The occupant Turkish state and affiliated al-Qaeda gangs continue their violent attacks against North and East Syria despite a so-called ceasefire agreed for the region.

In spite of the ceasefire, the Turkish-backed mercenaries have launched an aggression from three sides on the southern countryside of Serekaniye (Ras al-Ain) Saturday afternoon. The Turkish army provides support for the gangs by air and land.

The occupation forces have launched a wave of attacks against the Zirgan town east of Serekaniye, the Abu Resen region, the villages of Menacir, Souda, Salihiyê and Erîşa located between Til Temir and Serekaniye, and the Aliya region West of Til Temir.

While the fighting that erupted following the response of Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) continues, the Turkish state supports the gangs with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), strategic unmanned aerial vehicles (SIHA), tanks and howitzers.

Thousands of people had to flee their homes in the mentioned villages that are under an intensified attack. The affected civilians are moving to the safe areas under SDF control.
