Young people living in Aleppo's Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood are organising different actions against the invasion carried out by the Turkish state in South Kurdistan.
The youth are also protesting against the attitude of the KDP that has not condemned the Turkish attacks.
Diyar Mistefa spoke of the KDP decision to close the Sêmalka Border Gate to young people who wanted to go to South Kurdistan and join the actions against occupation there.
"Kurds must be united against these attacks. - said Mistefa - As Aleppo youth, we are ready to go to South Kurdistan and stand before the Turkish occupation and any attack against the Kurdish people”.
Mistefa added: "All authorities must stand up and reject the closure of the borders. Our resistance against fascist dictators continues".
Ibrahim Elo also condemned the KDP decision to close Sêmalka Border Gate and addressed the KDP directly: "Why are you closing the border and why are you supporting Erdogan?"
Elo said that the KDP decision to close the border is indeed a betrayal to the Kurdish people.
"These massacres - he said - are signs of betrayal against the Kurds, we do not accept this. The Barzani family must stand up against the attacks on Kurds and Kurdistan lands”.
Ciwa Hiso also criticized the politics of the KDP.
"Nechirvan Barzani - he said - should know that the young people of Kurdistan are ready to defend their lands and wipe out all border gates. If we do not defend our land, nobody will”.
