On January 15, the Turkish state once again bombed the civilians holding a vigil to protect the Tishrin Dam and to stop the attacks.
In the attack, healthcare worker Omer Hesen, Hêza Mihemed and her husband Edhem Elî and Osman Îbrahîm, a member of the Euphrates Canton Autonomous Administration Council, were martyred, and 19 civilians were wounded.
The Assembly of Martyrs' Families in North and East Syria reported that Ronîz Mihemed Elî, a young woman who suffered serious injuries in the attack, lost her life despite all the medical interventions made to save her at a hospital in Kobanê.
