An investigation was opened against Sakine Demir, mother of Seve Demir, one of the three Kurdish women politicians who were murdered on January 4, 2016 during the self-government resistance in Silopi district of Sirnak province.
Demir, whose arrest warrant was issued within the scope of an investigation launched by the Şırnak Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against the Democratic Society Congress (DTK), bore testimony on Tuesday to the Şırnak Courthouse.
