Women collect signatures to prosecute Erdogan
In The Hague and Hamburg, signatures have been collected for the “100 Reasons” campaign initiated by the Kurdish women's movement to prosecute Erdogan of his crimes and to stop femicides.
In The Hague and Hamburg, signatures have been collected for the “100 Reasons” campaign initiated by the Kurdish women's movement to prosecute Erdogan of his crimes and to stop femicides.
The activities related to the “100 reasons to prosecute the dictator” campaign launched by the Kurdish Women's Movement in Europe (TJK-E) on 25 November continue. In The Hague and Hamburg, activists collected signatures at information stands.
In Hamburg, the Rojbîn women's council informed people about the ongoing campaign and collected signatures at the Sternschanze S-Bahn station.
The petition can also be signed online. For today, Thursday, human rights day, the women's movement have announced actions in front of the Council of Europe in Brussels and in front of the Bundestag in Berlin, as well as in Geneva.
The TJK-E's appeal states: “We greet all women who fight for their freedom. Let's stop the state terror of the AKP / MHP regime together. Let's stop femicide and let's fight for it to be recognized internationally as a crime. Let's join forces so that dictator Erdogan is prosecuted!"
