Actor Mohammad Sadeghi criticized the oppression of women by the Iranian regime in a live broadcast on his social media account on 11 July.

Sadeghi's house was raided by Iranian police while he was broadcasting live. The actor, who had been beaten, as images showed, during the raid, was later taken into custody.

There has been no news for 11 days from Sadeghi. It is unknown where the actor is being held after the arrest.
