The Şenyaşar family is continuing its Justice Vigil and said, "As long as we have a breath to take, we will have an account to ask."
The 282nd Justice Vigil was launched on March 9, in front of Urfa Courthouse by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attack carried out in Suruç by AKP Urfa MP Ibrahim Halil Yıldız's bodyguard and relatives, on 14 June 2018.
Ferit Şenyaşar, who survived the attack, is holding the vigil with his mother. Today they arrived at the court a bit later than usual as they held their weekly phone call with Fadıl Şenyaşar, who has been held in an isolation cell in Elazığ Prison for 3 years.
Emine Şenyaşar could not come to the courthouse on Tuesday due to health problems. After the phone call, Emine and Ferit Şenyalar came to the area called "Şenyaşar family justice corner" in front of the Urfa Courthouse for day 282 of their vigil.
Ferit Şenyaşar said that her brother was well and added: “He said that he will be released once justice is served. He's in good spirits. He greets everyone."
The family posted a new message on their Twitter account saying "As long as we have a breath to take, we will have an account to ask. We're going to win in front of the courthouse. More precisely, "justice" will win."
