Van
The Vigil for Justice in the premises of Van Bar Association is on its 22nd day. Today, the vigil was visited by deposed co-mayors of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP).
Deposed co-mayor of Saray Municipality, Caziye Duman, said, “Recently, many dead bodies came out of the prisons. These cases are said to be suicide, but we know that all these prisoners lost their lives due to repression policies. Prisons have turned into centers of persecution and torture. No matter what they do, the Kurds will never surrender. We do not want prisoners to die in jails anymore.”
