According to the information given by the relatives of the prisoners held in Şakran Women's Closed Prison, 30 guards raided the A-3 ward on Monday.

The guards insulted the prisoners, climbed on the tables and broke them. Relatives of the prisoners said that the guards messed with the food belonging to the prisoners, making most of it unusable.

More than 20 guards raided the wards of Şakran Women's Closed Prison on 2 February, breaking the kitchen utensils and tables, and throwing the medicines on the ground, so that they could not be used anymore.

Prisoners' relatives reported that the searches increased recently and were now carried out twice a week.
