In the joint statement made on behalf of the participants, it was said that the demands of Nuriye and Semih, whose hunger strike is on day 136, shall be accepted and all the unlawfully dismissed employees shall be reinstated. The joint statement called on everyone to enhance the struggle against this unlawful practice that the government bases on the coup attempt of last year.
The organisations that support the hunger strike activity are: ATIF, Yeni Kadin, AGIF, ADHK, ADKH, HDK-Stuttgart, DKTM-Stuttgart, Kurdish Women's Movement, Women's Movement Stuttgart, Frauen Courage, SKB, YJK-A, Alinteri and Arbeitskreis Solidarität.
