Kobanê University is organizing the First International Education Conference titled "Educational Transformations in the Age of Technology: Vision and Implementation". The conference will open today and will end tomorrow.

Kobanê University co-chair Şervan Muslim said that faculty members from universities in Northern and Eastern Syria, as well as faculty members from the U.S., Uruguay, Yemen and Libya will attend the conference online.

Muslim said that the conference will discuss the topics of 'educational technology, digital transformation, educational problems in educational institutions and their solutions, development of life and professional skills, research and innovation in education'.

Muslim said that the aim of the conference is "exchanging experiences between different sectors and educational institutions, understanding how to improve teaching and learning methods, supporting this field for the development of educational technology, improving the methods and tools used in education, introducing the activities of universities in Northern and Eastern Syria, monitoring the quality of education in a way that ensures a balance between quantity and quality in education."
