Judge denies ill prisoner permission to attend his father's funeral
The request of ill prisoner Ismail Tuzun, who is in Adana Kürkçüler F Type Closed Prison, to attend his father's funeral was rejected on the grounds of "security".
Yusuf Tuzun, father of Ismail Tüzün, a prisoner with prosthetics in both legs held in Adana Kürkçüler F Type Closed Prison, passed away on 30 August in Amed.
Tüzün applied to Adana Kürkçüler F Type Closed Prison Execution Office through his lawyer to attend his father's funeral.
However, Adana Chief Public Prosecutor's Office rejected the request on the grounds of "security".
Tuzun's lawyer then applied to the Adana Execution Judge for the annulment of the refusal decision. The application will be answered today.
