Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan’s lawyers Cengiz Cicek, Ibrahim Bilmez and Muharrem Sahin appealed to the Bursa Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office for the 766th time to meet with their client.

All appeals by the lawyers have been rejected since July 27, 2011 on grounds of “bad weather”, “damaged coaster”, “coaster repairs”, “State of Emergency” and “restrictions against convicts as per the Execution of Sentences and Security Measures Act No.5275”.

The last time Öcalan met anybody was on September 11, 2016 when he met with his brother Mehmet Öcalan.
