Yahya Karabaş, who was tortured for 4 days after being detained by soldiers in the village of Timoq in Kozluk, province of Batman, was taken into custody for the third time.

It was learned that Karabaş was taken into custody when he went to sign at Batman Provincial Security Directorate, as required by the court that released him under judicial control. The man was taken into custody as a result of his objection to the judicial control decision taken by the Prosecutor's Office.

Karabaş was sent to prison by the Criminal Court of Peace on charges of "possession of unlicensed weapons", "possession and supply of explosives" and "membership in a terrorist organization" due to explosives found near his home.
